Terms of Service
- Payments must be paid upfront. I will start working once I receive full payment.- I reserve the right to refuse or refund commission requests without needing to explain the reason.- All commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't sent prior progress sketches of the commission yet.- The commission will be purely digital goods. No shipping or printing will take place.- Orders without clear visual references and orders that require me to create custom designs will be charged extra.
- I will work at my own pace. Commissions can take up to 1-2 months as I will be doing them in batches while dealing with other real life responsibilities.- Please let me know if you have a hard deadline! Unless it is a rush order (I will apply extra fees depending on the time frame), I will take my time completing it.- I may draw certain commissions on stream or post finished products on social media! Please inform me beforehand if you do not want the piece to be shown/posted.- I own all rights over the completed work, which allows me to post the piece for self-promotion/portfolio purposes. You may however, ask me to withhold from posting, and I will comply.

Permissions and Usage- You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.- If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit/link me (@hoshinospica on twitter) as the artist.- You may use the finished artwork for personal use such as social media profile pictures, stream schedules, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your personal uses. If you are interested in using my illustrations for commercial use, please let me know so we can discuss the terms.

WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?- Merchandise- Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.- Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.- YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.

Process
- Send a DM or email providing the needed information- Wait for a response confirming that I have accepted the order- Price quotation will be given and discussed if any additional fees apply- Once we have reached an agreement, send the payment through Paypal or ko-fi- I will send a sketch of the commission to confirm that the concept is satisfactory. Please bring up any revisions as soon as possible as I will charge for major edits after confirmation.- Once completed, the finished piece will be sent over (a box link will be used for pieces with multiple versions).
